展开 雷光华，男，骨科学博士，一级主任医师，教授，博士生/后导师，中南大学“湘雅名医”，中南大学湘雅医院院长。国家“万人计划”领军人才，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”，享受机构政府特殊津贴专家，国家卫生计生突出贡献中青年专家，国家临床重点专科骨科和运动医学科带头人。国家老年疾病临床医学研究中心主任，骨关节退变与损伤湖南省重点实验室主任，骨关节炎防治湖南省工程研究中心主任和湖南省关节外科临床医学研究中心主任。中国医师协会骨科医师分会副会长，中国研究型医院学会副会长，全国骨关节炎工作委员会副主任委员，全国关节镜专业委员会副主任委员和湖南省骨科学专业委员会主任委员。 在关节疾病和损伤诊治方面具有丰富的经验，擅长人工关节置换、翻修和关节镜微创手术。曾在欧洲很大的关节外科中心Endo医院、美国Rush大学医学中心、德国风湿病中心Diakonie医院、香港中文大学威尔斯亲王医院和香港大学玛丽医院研修人工关节置换、翻修与关节镜技术。率先开展多项关节外科临床新技术，如髌股关节置换术和髋关节发育不良高位脱位的同期双侧关节置换以及肘、腕、髋和踝关节镜手术等。 一直致力于骨关节炎的危险因素、发病机理与临床防治研究，取得了一系列原创性成果。近年来主持国家自然科学基金5项（含重点项目1项）、国家重点研发计划课题1项、省重点研发计划项目、省自然科学基金重点项目以及省科技计划项目重点课题多项，以通讯作者在JAMA、NewEnglJMed、BrJSportsMed、OsteoarthritisCartilage、ActaBiomater等期刊上发表SCI论文128篇，总影响因子619.39，其中原创论著单篇很高影响因子51.273。获国家专利授权25项，获湖南省科技进步奖二等奖1项和自然科学奖二等奖1项，主/参编/译专著12部，获校级医疗成果奖一等奖1项，二等奖2项。 Specialties:Diagnosisandtreatmentofosteoarthritisandsportsinjuries,goodatartificialjointreplacement,revisionandarthroscopyminimallyinvasivesurgerytotreatvariousjointdiseases.Especiallyinthefieldofpatellofemoralarthritis,patellarinstability(dislocation)andcartilageinjurytreatmentexperience. HeisthedirectorofNationalClinicalResearchCenterofGeriatricDisorders,thedirectorofHunanKeyLaboratoryofJointDegenerationandInjury,thedirectorofHunanEngineeringResearchCenterforPreventionandTreatmentofOsteoarthritis,andthedirectorofHunanClinicalResearchCenterofJointSurgery.Hisalsoservesinpositionsacrossdifferentcommittees:vicepresidentofChineseMedicalDoctorAssociationOrthopaedicsSurgeonsBranchCommittee,vicepresidentofChineseResearch-OrientedHospitalAssociation,vicepresidentofOsteoarthritisSubcommitteeofChineseMedicalAssociationOrthopaedicsBranchCommittee,vicepresidentofArthroscopeSubcommitteeofChineseMedicalDoctorAssociationEndoscopicDoctorBranchCommittee,andpresidentofOrthopaedicsCommitteeofHunanMedicalAssociation. Hisclinicalpracticesmainlyinvolvesjointarthroplastyandjointarthroscopyandtheinstituteswherehefurtherstudiedjointreplacement,reconstructionandarthroscopyincludeENDO-KlinikclinicinGermany,RushUniversityMedicalCenterintheUnitedStates,diakoniehospitalinGermany,PrinceofWalesHospitalofChineseUniversityofHongKongandQueenMaryHospitalofUniversityofHongKong. Hehaslongbeencommittedtoboththeclinicalandbasicresearchofthepathogenesis,treatmentandprognosisofosteoarthritis.Inrecentyears,hehasobtainedfiveprojectfundingfromtheNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(includingonekeyproject),oneofNationalKeyResearchandDevelopmentProject,andseveralothersofKeyResearchandDevelopmentProgramofHunanProvince.Todate,128manuscriptshavebeenpublishedinpeer-reviewedSCIjournalswithhimascorrespondingauthor,includingJAMA,NewEnglJMed,BrJSportsMed,OsteoarthritisCartilage,andActaBiomater,etc.Thetotalimpactfactorreaches619.39,withthehighestimpactfactoroforiginalinvestigations51.273.Inaddition,hehasobtained25nationalpatents,compiled12monographs,andwonthesecondprizesofbothHunanNaturalScienceAwardandHunanScienceandTechnologyProgressAward.
